This is a legal agreement between you and Third Coil (Joel Day) covering your use of FaceEdit 2 (the "Software"). Be sure to read the following agreement before using the Software. BY USING THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND DESTROY ALL COPIES IN YOUR POSSESSION.
1. Prohibitions. You, either directly or indirectly, shall not do any of the following acts without written permission from Third Coil:
a. rent the software;
b. sell the software;
c. offer the Software on a "pay-per-play" basis;
d. distribute the Software by any means, including, but not limited to direct mail, retail, mail order or other means (except as permitted by section 3.);
e. modify or alter the Software;
2. The Software and its related documentation are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Third Coil be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inablility to use the Software or related documentation, even if Third Coil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. Permitted Electronic Distribution and Copying. So long as this Agreement accompanies the Software at all times, Third Coil grants to you the limited right to distribute, free of charge, and by electronic means only, the Software. Anyone who receives the Software shall be limited to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, YOU UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, AND UNDERSTAND THAT BY CONTINUING THE INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE, BY LOADING OR RUNNING THE SOFTWARE, OR BY PLACING OR COPYING THE SOFTWARE ONTO YOUR COMPUTER HARD DRIVE OR RAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
